Mirahida is a graduate of the Medical Careers Institute in Newport News, VA where she received an Associates degree in Health Sciences. She came to Allure Dental in 2017 but has over 9 years of experience in the dental field. You’ll find her verifying your insurance benefits, and helping to coordinate financial arrangements so that every patient can start affordable treatment. She loves interacting with the patients as well as the team. She loves dentistry, and has been interested in a dental career since she had braces as a teenager. She says that being a part of a heath and cosmetic transformation for others is very fulfilling to her.
Outside of work, Mirahida loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs, as well as both of their families. She loves outdoor activities, especially spending time on a boat in Lake Michigan.
Tracy received her education from the Indiana University South Bend School of Dental Hygiene. She has used this training to guide her through her 23 years in the dental field. At the office, Tracy is responsible for direct patient care, such as screenings, reviewing patient’s oral health history, and teaching appropriate hygiene techniques. One of the reasons why she loves her job so much is her servant’s heart – she prides herself on taking on the needs of others and making things better for them. She loves the independence she has at this practice to care for her patients. She loves seeing the confidence that a patient gains after a session with her! If she wasn’t working here, she’d be serving on the state dental board and continuing her education. Tracy has noticed that the doctors here are so generous with their time and attention to as many patients as they can. “They don’t just fix teeth, they change lives!” When she’s not at the practice, she participates in 5k events with her daughter, playing with her pet raccoon, and reading uplifting stories. Tracy is also actively involved in community outreach. She volunteers at the school for dental health month and health fairs, as well as other community activities. If she were to recommend a book for anyone to read, it would either be “The 5 Love Languages” or “Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University”.
